Job Title: Key Account Manager – Sales (Female)

Location: Noida, Sector 62
Start Date: Immediate
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Friday from office, Saturday flexible)


Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing key client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering customized solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that clearly communicate the value of our products and services.

  • Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with existing clients.

  • Identify and connect with potential clients to understand their challenges and requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to offer tailored solutions that address their unique business needs.

  • Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools, tracking KPIs and sales performance.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.

    • Prior experience in B2B and SaaS sales is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, set goals, and drive performance.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
