Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Digital Delivery to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital platforms in the health, wellness, and insurance domains. The role focuses on enhancing client and advisor experiences by driving the end-to-end digital transformation of back-end operations and front-end mobile/web applications. You will collaborate closely with SMEs, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership to build scalable, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital product development across multiple regions.

  • Manage the entire digital delivery process, including:

    • Market research & benchmarking

    • Partner/vendor engagement

    • Budgeting & business case approvals

    • Legal, compliance, and risk alignment

    • Agile development lifecycle

    • UAT, analytics, documentation

    • Go-to-market strategy and KPI tracking

  • Serve as a business advisor and key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate on platform architecture, design, and implementation with engineering teams.

  • Define and prioritize product features in line with business needs and resource constraints.

  • Standardize and modularize delivery processes for rapid scalability.

  • Assess market trends and customer needs to inform product innovation.

  • Represent the organization in regional/global digital and innovation forums.

  • Drive digital adoption and transformation initiatives across teams.

  • Oversee technology evaluations, platform monitoring, and issue resolution.

  • Track platform KPIs, analytics, and success metrics for ongoing optimization.

  • Identify and manage risks related to scope, timeline, budget, and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing B2C digital products, especially mobile and web platforms.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • API integrations

    • Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

    • SQL databases

    • Full-stack technologies (Java + Angular/React)

    • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Proficient in Agile methodologies with hands-on knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, etc.

  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and data flow diagrams.

  • Strong analytical and execution capabilities.

  • Experience leading globally distributed teams.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership with the ability to guide project teams and influence business strategy.

  • Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with the ability to manage short-term and long-term goals.
