✅ TPRM / IRM GRC Consultant

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC modules

  • Expertise in:

    • Vendor Risk Management

    • Policy & Compliance

    • Risk and Audit Modules

  • In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks:
    ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR

  • Strong experience in configuring and automating workflows on ServiceNow GRC platform

✅ ITOM Architect

  • 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM

  • Proven expertise in:

    • Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management

    • Integration with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk)

  • Ability to design scalable ITOM solutions and drive architectural best practices

  • Strong leadership in client-facing ITOM strategy & solutioning
